DMCA Copyright Policy

Welcome to diucryptics.com (the “Website”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Website by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

1. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”)

To file a clip or content removal notice with us, you must provide a written communication that sets forth the items specified below. Please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights.

Your Notice must include the following information:

  1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or—if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice—you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
  2. Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and to which access is to be disabled, including at a minimum, the URL of the link shown on the Website or the exact location where such material may be found.
  3. Provide your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  4. Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:”I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).””I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of, the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
  5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

2. Where to Send Your Notice

Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to our Designated Copyright Agent at:

  • Email: jobs.ai.remote@gmail.com
  • Subject Line: DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice – diucryptics.com

Please note that emails without a clear “DMCA” subject line or those missing the required statutory information may experience processing delays.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If material that you posted to the Website has been removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice, you may file a Counter-Notification. To be effective, the Counter-Notification must be a written communication sent to our Designated Agent that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the Website service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, diucryptics.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users, contributors, or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
